A learning record,
built one shift at a time.
Fieldnotes connects veterinary knowledge to the conversations and experiences it came from.
From a conversation to a connected library
Authorized recordings can become timestamped transcripts, detailed discussions, clinical case records, and source-linked knowledge articles. Repeated topics improve existing articles while individual discussions remain accessible.
Keep the evidence visible
Owner reports, direct observations, clinical suspicions, confirmed diagnoses, actual actions, proposed treatments, and educational explanations have distinct labels. Missing details remain unknown.
A private process, a reviewed public library
Processing and public publication are separate. Only content approved for public release belongs on this website. Review includes authorization and confidentiality; removing names alone is insufficient.
Study without an account
Study questions are prepared ahead of time. No model is called when you answer. Your session stays in this page’s memory and is discarded when you leave. No performance history is stored.
Current development
The production library begins empty. An independent synthetic dataset demonstrates all sections during development. Clinical examples in demonstration mode are fictional, and equipment observations are not validated operating instructions.
